What to do in Arequipa ?
Arequipa the White City , is located about 2300 meters above sea level in the Andes. Based in its colonial architecture, the city center, part of the World Heritage by UNESCO, contains several famous monuments: the Monastery of Santa Catalina , a city within the city (the world's largest monastery) and the beautiful Plaza de Armas and majestic cathedral. The white walls, built with ashlar (volcanic stone carved), give the city its charm and harmony.
Surrounded by snow-capped peaks, including the Misti volcano which rises to 5822 meters above sea level, Arequipa offers the possibility of many mountain sports: hiking, cycling, climbing.
Arequipa is also the starting point to get to Colca where we can witness the flight of the condor or the Cotahuasi Canyon, the deepest in the world and one of the most impressive landscapes of Peru.
The “cuna” of Houses of Peru is located in the city of Arequipa where you can also locate the guesthouse, Casa de Dina. The surrounding countryside is full of riches and you can choose to step out of the ordinary in rural Bed & Breakfast. The white city captivates with your lifestyle, its pleasant climate, and the festive character of its inhabitants!

Either with their hosts or one of the many restaurants in town, you can taste the famous rocoto relleno (beef chile relleno and cheese) , adobo ( marinated pork in spices and shisha, drink made from corn ), or shrimp soup (soup).
